You will probably detox a bit quicker without the juice, water only.
I have quite a bit of time on my hands at the moment and planning to do some reiki on myself and meditation. What works best for you? I've done counting the breaths, mantra, affirmations etc etc but what works for me is something i read in Derek Acorah's book, where you deliberately slow the breath right down, counting the breaths per minute using a clock and then deliberately slowing it down even more. But i read in other books you shouldn't do that, don't try to control the breath, what is your view? Sorry to pick your brains, hope you don't mind but you must be pretty good at it, getting up so early to meditate etc.
