40day breaking: Proper method?

Hi,

I heard "double" or "add a day" to the book's breaking advice.

If I get it right than this is what it looks like:

- The 41th day from beginning the fast equals the 1st day of breaking it. Therefore, from the 41th day (day 1 of breaking), I do NOT do salt flush (or laxative tea) anymore.

Day1 - Drink orange juice (slowly) in addition to the lemon recipe. Drink water as desired, with or without the orange juice.

Day2 - Same as day 1.

Day3 - At afternoon make the vegetable soup. At evening have mainly the broth. A little vegetables allowed. Some rye wafers allowed.

Question1: What does it mean to eat eye? Rye bread? What form of rye?
Question2: I'm sensitive to rye, can I substitute it with any other grain such as sprouted bread or brown rice bread? Alternatively, can I eat brown rice from the soup?

Day4 - Same as day 3.

Day5 - Morning: Orange juice. Noon: Soup. Evening: vegetables, salads or fruit.

Day6 - Same as day 5.

Day7 - Add raw diet of fruit, vegetables, seed and berry.

If "distress or gas occurs", do the Lemonade Diet for several more days.

Question3: Does that mean to do the entire fast, including the salt flush? How many additional days is recommended, 2-3?

Veterans and lengthy fasters, please share with me your experience since this is my first 40day and it is critically important for me to break the fast properly. Previous experiences made it clear to me how critical it is to break the fast correctly.

Thanks in advance,
Haggai
