I got it from pushing myself to run on the treadmill when I should've been slowing down. It's not my shoes since I went to a specialty store and got correctly fitted. It's on the outter side of my foot..on that first bone/bump after the little toe. And because that hurt, I put more pressure on my big toe and that hurts like hell too like I sprained it. I guess you can sprain a toe? lol
Any suggestions for getting rid of the callous? I've already done the soaking in 2cups of epsons for a few hours throughout the day and so far hasn't been helping. I don't want to use those nasty creams in the drug store.
