Do you take the B&P shake on day one of the MC? I was going to start perhaps, from day 3. What do you think?

This is my very first cleanse. Do you have to be healthy first to do this ultimate cleanse or could you just jump right into it...

have anyone done any other cleanse prior to the ultimate cleanse?
