Cleanse.......

Well, I am going to begin the psyllium husks powder and the liquid Bentonite cleanse. In the past, I have used Dr. Schulze #1 and #2 a couple of times and have used the powdered bentonite. I have always gotten great results. So, I thought I would try something new.

I purchased Sonne's #7 and the psyllium husks powder. On the bottle of Sonne's #7, it says it contains colloidal bentonite? Being familiar with Colloidal Silver , I am wondering if this is the same?

Also, on the bottle of the psyllium husks, it says it supports heart health and helps maintain healthy cholestrol. Why?
