I am also a fan of the Blood Type Diet . I have read and done the Atkin's diet and the Zone. I think those two diet's are successful because they accidentally overlap the Blood Type Diet . I was very successful on the Atkin's diet because I am an O blood type. I know people who felt awful on the Atkin's diet. That's because they were A blood types.
You can still eat healthy and good. The problem is what man has done to the food. I know people who raise their own beef because the dye's and hormones put in store bought meat gives them migranes. If it gives some people migranes, you can imagine it's doing damage to all of us. And how about that wonderful fruits and vegtables in the stores? That shiny apple is shiny because of the wax and poison put on it to make is shiny.
I buy the organic fruits and vegtables, meat that is hormone free and free roaming. Ezekial hamburger buns and hot dog buns. I cook my own desserts at home and use Spelt flour (better tasting than that wheat product man invented)
I use maple syrup instead of Sugar (If maple syrup can keep people on a fast healthy for 40 days, it's good enough for me)
I make spaghetti with spelt noodles or rice noodles and organic spaghetti sauce. I make my own ice cream that uses fruits, rice milk. There is no Sugar or dairy in it and it is great.
Trust me, I'm an eater and enjoy my food more than ever. It's a little more expensive than eating whatever is in that .99 cent whopper, but I can usually figure out a way to eat whatever I want if I make it myself and control what's in there. Food manufacturers have no interest in your health, it's all about profit. Tweet
