After the cleanse

I’ve been researching for how to improve my diet after I come off this cleanse and the only consistent idea I’ve found is that “food is…” -- what food is I’m not so sure of anymore. “Milk it does a body good”, milk can make the gut go bad, “the bacteria in dairy products provides important flora” but only in proportion to the mucus it creates! I feel somewhere between (?_?) and (;_;) -- can anyone relate?

As great as this fasting experience has been the most important thing I’ve learned is that I REALLY, really, very much LIKE food but now I’m wondering if food likes us back? (^_^)

Can anyone suggest (a) book(s) or links that spell out some basic principals about what food “is” and what it does for the body so I (we) can begin to make an educated choice? Also, if anyone would care to post something about dietary changes they made after cleansing I, and I’m sure others, would be interested in reading about them.

Thanks a bunch and have a Happy Xmas!
