Hi, I started the Bentonite and psyllium capsule two days ago. How long does it take to have a bowel movement. I am having Bentonite and psyllium twice a day?

What is the Bentonite shake? Is it adding a teaspoon of psyllium husk in the bentonite water? Will it mix well?
