spleen/pancreas - stomach...worry...yellow...sweet...earth
lungs - large intestines...grief...white...pungent...metal
kidneys - bladder...fear...blue/black...salty...water

Constructive cycle of energy movement...liver, heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys, liver, etc. The Inner Smile meditation involves smiling inwardly to these organs in this order to help with beneficial energy circulation.

TCM is fascinating...and so poetic! It seems so strange at first glance, but it's amazing how it all fits together!
