Yes, it could be the beet leaves I put in my juice but I think I was putting them in sometimes before starting the P&B shakes. I might experiment. Just read your posting on healthy colon - thanks for the info - that helps a lot. I didn't mention mine are still very lumpy. Feels good to pass without fail in the mornings though! Be great if I'm passing lots of toxins - I'm sure I am.
The other interesting thing is about 4-6 weeks ago, I noticed a little wiggly deep crack on the front of my tongue (not tip but surface). My Ayurveda book says this is digestive disorder. Since taking P&B, it is getting shallower and straighter, so I assume things are getting better in there!
