B & P results so far...

Well, I've been taking the B&P for about 3 weeks now and have just upped the dose to twice a day. I am going to the toilet much easier now - not long after getting up (after drinking a bit of warm water to get things moving), heaps more quantity is coming out and they are smooth and clean (my friend joked that I could save on toilet paper when I told her the leave no residue :-)!! I have noticed the colour is darker and kind of green - like dark olive green. A couple of days I have even had a second BM in the afternoon - though not large.

Does the darker colour mean anything? Is it just better digested? They're still fully floating as I don't absorb fats or cholesterol (hence Gallstones and hormone imbalance).

Anyway, long winded but I just thought maybe I should give some feedback as a newbie to this forum. I eagerly look every day for white wiggly things or mucoid plaque but no signs yet... Tweet
