Hi Tracey,

Yes I am taking the Bentonite & psyllium. I am not taking a lot so I think I will up them more (I am taking it very slowly as I had a really bad reaction to the parasite liquid (clove, Wormwood & Black-Walnut ). But I honestly think that I am on the right track.
