Thankyou Lapis for posting this link. It has certainly made me more determined to be away from this medication. Although I have alway's been told that they do not cause dependency the information on that site tells otherwise & explains why I have had such a difficult time stopping them before. Hopefully after the cleansing it will be the last time that I need to take them.
