I personally would not mix it with the lemonade mix. that is your meal and you need to enjoy it.
I take a tablespoon full of Bentonite and a Tablespoon full of psyllium, in about 8 ounces of water, mix quickly and guzzle down. chase with water or the lemonade mix.
When I did the master cleanse, I was doing 5 clay mixtures a day. I had no problem. Some on this forum say to be careful because some get consipated. I did not.
If you want to be safe, start off with one a day and and work your way up to five if you don't have problems.
The reason I would not mix it with the lemonade is because the Cayenne pepper might burn if you guzzle it. Tweet
