GAS!

There are several things that can cause gas...

- STRESS...it compromises the entire digestive system!

- INSUFFICIENT CHEWING...digestion begins in the mouth where some enzymes are released in saliva...food should be in a liquid state when swallowed

- INSUFFICIENT ENZYMES...which applies to most people...food isn't digested completely

- POOR FOOD COMBINATIONS...enzymes that digest different sorts of foods can compete with each other rendering them less effective or some foods can rot while others are in the digestive process (ie. combining fruits with protein)

- PATHOGENIC ORGANISMS...candida, parasites, an imbalance of bacteria, etc.

- food allergies OR SENSITIVITIES...the body can react in all sorts of ways...gas is just one of them

The longer that waste stays in your intestines the more it putrifies and consequently gives off gases...think of a garbage dump! By improving the functioning of your digestive system and decreasing your transit time so that waste is expelled more rapidly, the less opportunity there is for gas to develop.
