bentonite + psyllium caps

Hi! I am about to start a bentonite/psyllium cleanse, and I bought psyllium capsules instead of just the powder that you mix with juice or water. Are the capsules going to be as effective? I was also wondering if this cleanse is effective at removing parasites, or should I do a separate parasite cleanse?
