I have been doing the P&B cleanse for about six weeks now with some fits and starts, as I did not know exactly what to do initially. Now that the holidays are upon us, I am having a hard time sticking to a healthy diet. I hate to give up the last six weeks of cleansing, but it is SO hard to stick with good food!! Should I wait until the New Year to restart the cleanse? Or can I still take the P&B shakes while not exactly eating the way I should?
Also, Is any kind of flour bad for the gut, ie. Whole wheat flour? Just curious. By the way, I have not passed any plaque, and I am getting discouraged. Is the whole husk psyllium better than the powder to get things moving? Thanks!!
