Re: question for Fonty regarding refrigeration

So just to clear up something in this thread: I think chrisb and Fonty are saying no pre-fast cleansing required? Therefore the information on the Forum Descriiption page is not the held belief by those here? Just curious. I would like to do a 3 day fast now after doing my first 40 hour one last week, and I would definitely say that my bowels are not emptied out, so wondering what the deal is with the conflicting info.
