1.) I wasn't suggesting doing a cleanse during the fast, but prior to starting the fast.

2.) I didn't post my reply to you, or Chrisb1, and what I write doesn't have to pass muster from either of you.

3.) Like I said to Chrisb1, it doesn't matter to me if you agree or not. They were suggestions, and I feel confident that the original poster has the intelligence to determine if the suggestions make any sense, without your help.

4. Thanks for your opinion, and if pressing "disagree blows your hair back, go for it.
