Vitamins

I just wondered if while anybody was doing the cleanses they were taking vitamin and mineral supplements at the same time?

I use these great vitamins and minerals called 'vitamist'. theyre not a standard tablet but a spray which you spray into your mouth! The vitamins are instantly absorbed into your blood stream through your mouth tissue! (avoiding all unnatural binders and fillers that contribute to the problem in the first place)


I thought id share this information with you because i though it would be beneficial to you. Vitamist is an american company but also has a branch in the uk in Ireland where i get my vitamins from. over in the uk they cost about £12 each or £8 each if you join to get them monthly.
