Grace, how do you prepare the coffee emema? What types of coffee power do you use? I've been doing filtered water enema but it isn't effective. I would appreciate every detail you care to share (or anyone who has experience with enema. colonic is far too expensive for me to afford at the moment).

Also, due to a very sluggish colon, the water are mostly trapped in the colon and comes out as urine. I find that massaging on the descending colon helps to stimilate expelling of the waste. Do you have any suggestions to share with me?
