Wow! That is great. Did you just start in with the three shakes, or did you build up to three? It sounds like you started off with three shakes. I am on P and B, but only one shake a day, with half teaspoon of clay and a Tablespoon of the P. I want to increase my shakes. Let me know. If you started on three a day I may do it! TIA
