How much psyllium and Bentonite were you taking during the cleanse?
Were you having any of these problems with your digestive system prior to starting the cleanse? Any other health changes?
Has anything else changed...diet, stress level, any new supplements or medications?
Did you start the probiotics after stopping the bentonite? Have you used them before? Some probiotics contain dairy to which many people are allergic or sensitive...if this is the case with you switch to a dairy-free formula.
