Eating stimulates normal peristalsis so it is not uncommon to have fewer bowel movements when fasting. Especially if you were doing the salt water flush it may take 1-2 days before your bowels move since you haven't had any solids in your system. Do not increase the number of doses until your bowels have started to move again! Often when people are doing the Master-Cleanse they are not consuming enough water along with the lemonade. The p&b Colon Cleanse will only work if one is well-hydrated...make sure that you are drinking enough water.
