I see, you are basing your 100 ltres on 8 drops of mms with lemon turned red to get around 1 ppm? I dont think Jim Humble said you should vary the amount of dilution
with increasing drops. He even said you could cover it when activating to make it stonger so he wasnt restricting it to 1 ppm. The gauge of solution strength he was using was whether it caused nausea
Also didnt he say the ClO2 would stay about 1ppm because of off gassing Tweet
