Re: BENTONITE

Mucoid plaque can range from sticky like bubble gum to hard as tire rubber and anything in between. I've never heard of it being hard like plastic. Sounds like you passed some! I think when you use salt flushes and especially laxatives when doing this cleanse that the p&b zooms through the intestines and doesn't have a chance to absorb and sweep all the stuff out that it can.

It's okay to gulp down the water after the shake because a lot of it gets absorbed by the fiber. Any other fluids you drink are better in smaller increments so that your body can efficiently absorb them. Often folks will complain about having to pee so much when they increase their water consumption and it is usually because the suck down large amounts at a time and the body has no choice but to pee it out...it just can't process it all that fast.

Sounds like you're getting pretty creative with flours...I have no idea how they would turn out. But you're right, kelp is loaded with minerals and chlorella is an excellent detoxifier, too. As for greens...eat your vegetables...lots of the green ones!

You're right too about the apple juice for liver and kidneys, especially prior to a flush. Make sure it's fresh...not pasteurized...to get all the enzymes. Adding fresh lemon juice to water is also good for this purpose. If I think of any other good food sites I'll post them for you...I'm starting to run out of steam.
