NO not sorry I asked!!! Actually been thinking of doing Pumpkin seeds and grinding them into a flour to make a Breads?
And YES I Realize the Dairy stuff and pasta and breads are bad...
This is ALL one reason I am Doing the Ultimate Fast--to Change my Diet !!!
OH by the Way--Started doing a Rubbery Mucoid Plaque Tonight!!! By Rubbery I am meaning it Does have a Flexibility to it and not Hard like Plastic as I am Expecting it to be--I mean IS it Hard as Plastic--I mean This is what I Conceive of when I think Hard: Plastic...SO Maybe I Finally HAVE had a Rubbery Mucoid Plaque Elimination!!! YES YES YES!!!
--just Now in fact...I think this is because I stopped that Cascara Sagrada yucko...
BY the Way THANKS also for the info about not Drinking the Water and liquidsin general TOO Quickly. Have been Following my P & Bs with 20 oz water...guzzle, guzzle.Is This okay??? Should I be Sipping the lemonade as well in
4 oz bursts???
ANYWAY--any other Helpful Sites you can Think of on Foods to eat...OOOH HOW about making a flour out of the chlorella and kelp??? I read kelp has an great deal of Calcium and that the chlorella is a great protein source...maybe mix in the ground pumpkin seeds too...
NO idea what to do about the GREENS!!! And I thought the Apple juice was Good for cleaning out the kidneys and liver of toxins...
