Well, one of the things I'm concerned about doing a fast is losing weight. I'm really fit and trim. I'm 192 (about 6'4") and 78kg (maybe 175 lbs) with a 9% body fat ratio. I don't mind burning off more fat (yeah!) but it's not my goal.
I expect to drop weight but will my muscles be able to feed or will they canabalize themselves???
I think I mentioned that I want to try the Lemonaid Diet (to get the best results). Is that a good one for my situation?
