I agree with PTREE. I've done fine on my fast, going to the gym lifting weights and jogging. I tried to slow down a bit, but played hoops this morning. That was a mistake, during the fourth game there was no gas left. Next time I go on a fast, I will avoid basketball.
the Fast has been well worth it, I've lost more weight than I wanted, but I am thinking that my body will now be able to digest food better and maybe I can improve my weight lifting. I've been told anyway that your body sometimes likes a break from weights, so next time I do a fast, I just might give my body the whole week off.
