Hi Steven,

Anytime you are fasting it is a good idea to limit your activity to less strenuous exercise. Your body is using a lot of energy to throw off toxins and begin the healing process. Stretching, walking, rebounding and exercises such as yoga, qigong or taiji are recommended...better to hold off on the high-intensity aerobics and weights until after you've completed the cleanse.
