I’ve been researching detoxification over the past couple of weeks and decided I want to try the Ultimate Cleanse. My concern with doing a fast, however, is that I regularly exercise (aerobics and weights four or five times a week): can I exercise during a 10 day fast without losing muscle mass? Is it a good idea to lift weights (something which breaks down muscle fibers, requiring healing time) while purging the body?
