The sore back could well have just been transitional from doing too much too soon. I don't know much about the rebounder but going from sedate to exercising any muscles that haven't been used much for a while is always a challenge on the body. You wouldn't believe the amount of sore spots I had starting up karate regularly again this year- many I believe were just trying to do more than my muscles and joints were ready to handle straight away, but it doesn't take long for the body to rebuild in response to the increased activity. :)

Mouseclick you wait for the apricots to fall to the ground. So just remember to bend your knees when you pick them up. :p And tell the dog to do his business elsewhere for the rest of the season. :)
