Eat your greens!...green vegetables are a good source of calcium, especially kale, turnip tops, watercress, parsley and sea vegetables like kelp and dulse. Some seafoods are also high in calcium...sardines, salmon...as are some nuts and seeds...almonds, brazil nuts, sunflower and sesame seeds.
