Bella i have a cheap rebounder. And used to get neck pain, but it is difficult to discern if it was the rebounder causing it or not, as i do have problems in that area anyway, but not so much now after having problems sorted.
I only go on mine for few minutes at a time now, and use the health bounce only, ie feet do not come off bounder. I've actually managed to do some yoga neck exercises without to much of a problem whereas any neck exercise before would cause pain later on or next day. So i might risk increasing time on the rebounder, but don't want to risk hurting myself with my holiday so close.
