I think I will start taking a enema at night as well. My stomach will feel so full and hard, and when I give myself an enema, Lord, I feel so much better. About the jelly junk, sometimes it will be like a Tablespoon full at a time, and it smells like "a dead animal" (sorry folks, but it does)...I was thinking about parasites...could it be dead critters??? Any way, I am glad that junk is comming out!!

The container says 'psyllium husks'..but it is ground up, so, I guess it is powdered. DOes it matter if it has orange-flavoring added? Sure tastes good!!
