Glad to hear that you're having such great success with the cleanse! Isn't it amazing to see what's been inside you...even if you've had a pretty healthy diet! Keep us posted of your progress including the benefits you experience. BTW...if you're using powdered psyllium (as opposed to whole husk psyllium) you might want to use 1 teaspoon per dose instead of 1 tablespoon...1 tablespoon is a lot of fiber and can be constipating. Although...if it ain't broke...LOL!
