Re: Day 5, trying for 30 this time around, any long MCers
I can't wait give a yes to you, as I'm now entering to my 10th day. Tomorrow though, I will qualify for more then 10... I plan lasting for 30 days or more.
I haven't lost any weight since I started the fast (maybe 4 pounds
when started and since then - weight is the same). As I'm 5'11 and 157lbs, I'm very happy not loosing weight.
I also haven't changed a thing about my lifestyle yet. I manage people at work, in a position that demands clarity of mind and good human skills.
And last but not least: I didn't reduce my athletics activity, which means I swim everyday and do some other exercises. Earlier today I just did 15 pull-ups and then swam 20 minutes. Sometimes I feel some weakness (not always) but when I exercise, my body is getting all its power back and that lasts until I go to sleep!
Overall this fast is quiet easy for me. Whenever I feel hungry, I just drink some more lemon juice. Daily I believe that I drink nearly 7 liters. 6 liters of lemonade and 1 liter with the salt flush. If I stop drinking consistently, I tend to crash. As long as I keep drinking, I'm in my very best.
