You need to take is easy. Cut back till you are ok then increase slower
and perhaps take it in the evening and take some yoghurt and vitamins in the morning
No need to make yourself violently sick.
I am also taking it for UC and have only got to 5 drops in over 2 weeks with not even nausea so far and a small improvement in my BMs
I am also using a zapper once a day for last 3 days (It took a month to arrive)
