you're very welcome! it's an amazing book. the thing i love most about it is how much it goes into the spiritual and emotional aspects of fasting. this was the only book i could find like it... all other spiritual books on fasting were more hardcore religious, which is fine for some, but i prefer a more all-embracing non-denominational spiritual approach myself.
this book really explains what's going on with you above and beyond the physical... i think a lot of people and books tend to focus strictly on the physical, but, in my opinion, if you limit yourself to just the physical then you miss out on so much more opportunity for emotional and spiritual growth. in fact, if we don't deal with those two extremely important other aspects of fasting, then we run the risk of returning to our former life, full of it's bad eating-habits and self-sabotaging emotional states that led us to our place of ill-health to begin with.
