I'm starting Day 6 of my Water Fast and I've already dropped a staggering 19 Lbs! But this is only slightly above typical for me. In past fasts I've typically lost 5-6 Lbs the first day and it slowly declines from there. Usually after the first week I average at about 1 Lb per day. I've always just attributed the initial loss to food passing out of my system (along with some water weight too). Also could be due to the fact that I'm about 50 Lbs (now 31 Lbs) overweight. Either way - I'll take it! :D
