Sinus Blockage

For the past 2 years I have been wheezing and whistling at night time in bed.  The last 6 months it has gotten worse so I have seen a pulmonary who had me on inhalants and asthma medications plus  a nebulizer.  He did  Cat scans of my chest and breathing tests but nothing showed significant.  Last month he did a CAT scan of my sinus and it showed severe blockage.  He sent me to an ENT who then sent me to an allergist.  The allergy test were moderate. Nothing severe.  The thing is I feel I am breathing fine and do not feel my nose is stuffy or stopped up.  The problem I am having is with the congestion coughing, wheezing and whistling mainly at night time.  I have tried nasal cleansing but nothing seems to drain. The ENT did some immunology blood tests and they came back normal. Do you think this is really sinus related?
