Need Help, Advise, Whatever it maybe called please

Okay were to start, well if I start at the beginning that will totally take way too long to write all out so I will just get to the what and now of the situation.

First let me say I have tried every diet under the sun and nothing is working. This is the last chance diet that I can try. Now I have talked to all the medical experts and they are all for me trying this out, regardless if it works at least nobody can say I didn't give it a try.

Here are what I am needing help with.

First is this something to start in the afternoon, or morning?

How much can you eat threw out the day? what I mean is can you eat all the veggies and fruits you can handle or is there a limit?

Next what is it exactly you are allowed to drink?

How much weight can I expect to loose say if I do this for 5-7days? Now I want to prepare myself mentally for this that is why I ask this question.

Next how many people have had lipo. suction done and then followed this diet? The reason for this question is that is where the doctors are looking next to do for me, as I don't qualify for the band or staples of the stomach I am not that much in BMI for them.

Finally does it really work? How easy is it to stick to? What are a couple daily menus that you can share with me to get me started?
