banning

i have posted the below advice to the moderator.
to anyone wanting a cz against mms forum please make a request to that effect we won't expect anyone on that forum to be banned like the support forum does come on contact the moderator asap

i will only tell you once, i do post things you may not feel should be on support, but have on at least 3 previuos occassions done so or got someone else to post my beliefs there because by your banning action of so called protection, you are then in some cases failing in your public duty of care to allow people who need to warn people, to avoid someone causing harm to themselves or worse still others & for that you could be held responsible under duty of care.
more than one instance has already occured, so how about some reality & stop this banning rubbish, or ban people from giving recomendations & get a cz site in objection to mms protocol so all get a fair go.
