Lots of great advice here! Is this the same aunt that suffered the brain aneyurism? I am sorry to hear she is still suffering effects of that. In answer to your question about Omega-3's, yes to the fish oil because of the DHA, and eating salmon. Something else that hasn't been mentioned yet that has proved to be useful is Acetyl L-Carnitine, for memory and mental well-being.
