Is that Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) scare legit? I tried eating Knox gelatin (Jello) but then heard it contained MSG. When I can't cook whole foods I have at times eaten plain gelatin mixed in juice. It has lots of amino acids so I guess it's healthy. My skin and nails definitely improve. I just don't know about the Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) thing. Some people report bad effects from eating anything with MSG. But then again chicken soup contains Glutamate and I definitely agree that it's one of the healthiest things you can eat.
Is Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) the same as Glutamate? From Chicken soup to Knox gelatin to MSG in Chinese food, when does Glutamate become a problem?
