The price varies widely. There are two brands I have found and would buy -NOW and FoodScience of Vermont. The price is all over the place - Usually the price per dose (1500mg is what I want to take) is about 30 cents - that's what I paid the last time I ordered. I found at least two places with BTC in that price range.
