What modifications have others used??? Here are mine.
I am wondering if there are other Master Cleanse users who have modified the cleanse? If you have modified it in some way, do you mind sharing your story.
I am doing my fourth cleanse. I started 9 days ago, I am 5'2 and my beggining weight was 198.8 I will tell you that in all my dieting that the lemonade cleanse is the only tool that has helped me to lose weight and keep it off for at least 6 months to a year.
The reason I have had to modify the cleanse, is because I cannot stand the taste of lemonade anymore.
Here are my modifications:
1. I use cran-aid tea by Traditional medicinals as my base. Then I add my lemon and maply syrup (GRADE B) to this tea.
2. I take one Cayenne capsule per day.
3. I have tried the SWF, but cannot drink it anymore. So I use the following: Smooth Move tea by Traditional Medicinals. Natural Calm a magnesium supplement by Natural Vitality.
4. I do chew Glee Gum, and its all natural.
If I am having trouble drinking the lemonade I make a special drink, so I can get my days worth of lemonade. Here is the recipe:
1 large glass
Juice from 1 lemon
4 Teaspoons Maply Syrup
half a glass of cranberry juice all natural, no additives.
I top it off with San pellegrino sparkling water.
Even though I have modified the cleanse, I have still lost weight. I am currentlly at 187.4/after 9 days.
