Re: catlin the law giver.
Hello Rmutu,
I think that people come to an online forum for a variety of reasons. Some need to vent and love to engage in a bout of name calling and seek to pick a fight in an effort to blow off some steam. Others don't know and come seeking information. Others may have knowledge in some specific areas and may join in to offer guidance. Others may simply be lonely and seek a form of conversation.
In the end, I think that most people are searching for the truth. There are a variety of ways to discern what is truth and what is something else.
I don't think there is any doubt that ClO2 kills pathogens.
I also don't think that there is much doubt that ingesting small concentrations of ClO2 for limited amounts of time is harmful to your health.
There is no doubt that you can generate ClO2 from either a 3.5%, 5% or a 28% sodium chlorite solution.
I think the focus of the debate is geared toward answering the following questions...
Is there a valid reason to start with a 28% solution when you can achieve the same concentrations with a 5% solution?
Are high concentrations, taken twice a day, necessary, or can you achieve the same results through several low concentration doses spaced throughout the day?
How much of what is ingested stays in your system, and how long does it stay there?
What are the effects of high serum levels of ClO2? Both short and long term.
What is the effect of using different activation methods and using different activators?
What is the effect of diluting the activated solution with various liquids other than water?
What effect does eating have on the solution?
How long to anti oxidants stay in your system, and how much extra concentration is required to neutralize the anti oxidants in your system either through food or supplement use?
What is the effect of simply ingesting sodium chlorite and letting your body fluids activate it?
What can be added to the solution to enhance its benefits?
What are the dangers that need to be avoided?
Is there an easy way to measure serum levels of ClO2?
Are there "adjustments" that can be made to the protocol to make it safer and more effective?
This list of questions is no way complete. It is just what I could come up with off the top of my head. I am sure you can add to the list, as can everyone else.
The other questions have to do with results.
How well does
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement work?
Here we can add a list of the various things that one would consider using
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for.
Is there any proof that it works?
Are there any "testimonials" from people that have been helped by
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , and how credible are they?
Is this a newsworthy "discovery," and how is the news reporting it? Are the news reports "fair and balanced?" How is the medical profession taking this news? How are the natural alternative people taking this news?
As I see it, there is ample room, not only for debate, but also for "heated" debate on all of these issues and many others.
You mentioned that you are taking a 5% solution and adding DMSO to it.
If I may ask you a few questions...
Do you have malaria?
Do you have any information on ClO2 being used to treat malaria, other than what is available from Jim Humble's book or the Malaria Solution Foundation?
Do you activate your 5% solution? If so, what with?
Have you observed any results? Positive or negative.
What prompted you to add DMSO to the solution?
Is there a process that you have to follow when you add the DMSO?
Have you tried adding anything else?
My first two questions are simply because Jim Humble began this discovery with treating malaria. I don't live in an area where malaria is a concern, so I don't have any experience with it.
I am looking for its abilities on the issues me and my friends are confronted with. I ignored all of the discussion about malaria, until I had explored the other aspects of MMS.
When I did look into it, I was surprised that there were no discussion from the people of Africa about this cure. Does that mean that there is no proof? No, Jim Humble supplied pages and pages of proof in his book, and there is the results of the clinical trials reported by the Malaria Solution Foundation.
The problem is that when you take Jim Humble up on his invitation to call the clinics, hospitals, and people who provided the documentation, they have no recollection of Jim Humble, mercy drops, MMS, or anything else to do with this.
The hospitals and clinics say that malaria is a big problem and they are very interested in a cheap, fast acting solution. They suggest that if MMS was used successfully in their country, they would have known about it.
I find this a little bit strange...
On the other hand, it could be that a side effect of using MMS could be amnesia... [smile icon]
Some may find this a roadblock, but I simply find it "interesting." I look forward to finding out what the real story is on this, but, for now, I am simply turning my thoughts to how this "discovery" can help people right now. When I run across someone with malaria, I will simply point the to the book and the U Tube video and tell them that there appears to be little beyond that.
If MMS is taken up by the blood, and if malaria is a bacteria, I think a "shock" dose of MMS would destroy the bacteria. I would like to see more tests on this, but the theory seems sound.
I think that a dilute chlorous acid solution may have a lot of benefits, but I don't think Jim Humble has all of the answers, and neither do Bruce or Catlin or myself.
If we all put our heads together, we still may not be able to come up with the answers we are looking for, but we may be able to lay the ground work for some advanced testing.
