Oh yeah... another thing. My urine has changed from a pH of around 7.6 to around 6.0. I know in your book or somewhere you mentioned that the acids would start to get urinated out during the fast.

Will the pH of my urine go back up to a more basic once all the acid is removed from the body?

I can only assume that this happens because when we have a poor body, it needs to put acids in the body to dissolve things to ensure the alkaline balance is met. But when those acids arent needed anymore, they get expelled? If that is the case my urine should become basic again once all excessive acids are expelled?

P.S. I also have cold feet, and hands but am tolerating it. Its like +2 degrees celsius out there and am wearing sandals. I read that when the extremeties are cold it is because of detox? and making circulation. So would that mean when most of the toxins are removed, the hands and feet should feel warmer?
