products that seem to get the most results/ order of doing cleanses

I guess my main question is what products have worked best for everyone here?

 I am new to all this.  I am looking for a parasite cleanse product that will get the most results for the least amount of money (hopefully!)  I am pretty sure we are affected by parasites.  And, I would like to know what might be best for me - and if there are any good products for children (I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old). 

Also, I thought I've heard that it is recommended to do certain cleanses in order.  Are there ones that should be done before a parasite cleanse?  For example, I thought I've heard that a liver cleanse and a colon cleanse would be beneficial to do first.  Is that really important, and how complicated are those?  Are there certain products that people have used for those cleanses that worked for them?  Or can I do a simple coffee enema as a "liver cleanse?"  (Just heard about those from Valerie Saxion's show!)   I also bought an inexpensive colon cleanse from the store, but I hope it's a good one...

Additionally, how essential are these zappers that everyone keeps talking about on here?   Can you rid yourself of parasities by just using herbal cleanses?
